FREE Seasonal Influenza Immunization Clinics

Residents urged to roll-up their sleeves at seasonal influenza vaccine clinics

Starting tomorrow, KFL&A area residents can begin rolling-up their sleeves to prevent the spread of influenza. The annual campaign—a fixture in communities across the province for the past ten years—kicks off for KFL&A area residents tomorrow at the Frontenac Mall from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Through the end of the campaign in mid-January, residents will be able to be immunized at 1 of 16 clinics in locations around Kingston, Napanee, Inverary, Cloyne, Amherstview, and Ompah.

Donate to the "Chalice" Haiti Relief Fund Now

Both of our Sponsor Sites continue to account for our children, are identifying the extent of death and injury within their immediate families and the extent of damage to their homes. Please continue to give as the need will be great.

If you would like to make a contribution to assist in the recovery efforts please click here to make a donation to our Disaster Relief Fund or call 1-800-267-2923. On January 14, 2010, the Government of Canada announced that it will match all individual donations to registered Canadian charitable organizations to support humanitarian and early recovery assistance to people affected by the earthquake in Haiti, up to a total of $50 million. Chalice is eligible to participate in this charitable programme and will endeavour to match all individual donations to our Haiti Disaster Relief Fund.

Further information will be posted as we continue to assess the situation on the ground.
